The BS/U/M Miniature U-Tube Viscometer measures kinematic viscosity of transparent Newtonian liquids according to ASTM D445 and ISO 3104. Minimum sample volume is 2 mL. Minimum bath depth is 230 mm (9 in).
Viscometer is calibrated and is provided with a certificate of calibration and instruction sheet. See expanded uncertainty for more information.
Viscometer constant is the same at all temperatures. Approximate constant is 0.001 mm2/s2 (cSt/s).
Viscosity range is 0.2-1 mm2/s (cSt); range represents flow times of 200-1000 seconds.
