Overview: CUC-150 Cannon-Ubbelohde Viscometer, size 150, CALIBRATED
The CANNON-Ubbelohde Viscometer is a rugged suspended-level viscometer designed for measuring the kinematic viscosity of transparent Newtonian liquids according to ASTM D445 and ISO 3104. It is also suitable for evaluating jet and hydraulic lubricants, while being especially suited for use at temperatures above 93 Ā°C (200 Ā°F) or below ā18 Ā°C (0 Ā°F). In addition, it requires no kinetic energy corrections across a range of 0.5 to 100,000 cSt. The minimum sample volume is 11 mL, while the minimum bath depth is 254 mm (10 in), with a required immersion depth of 220 mm (8.5 in). Both calibrated and uncalibrated versions are available, and calibrated viscometers include a certificate of calibration and instruction sheet. Holders are sold separately.

The viscometer is calibrated at 40 Ā°C, with the viscometer constant remaining the same at all temperatures, and is supplied with a certificate of calibration and instruction sheet. Its specifications conform to ASTM D446 and ISO 3105.
The approximate viscometer constant is 0.002 cSt/s, with a measurement range of 0.5 to 2 cSt, corresponding to flow times of 250 to 1,000 seconds. The holder is sold separately and is available under 9726-M70, 9726-M73, and 9726-M76.
